  1. Do you have accommodation and food facilities for drivers?

    We can accommodate up to three drivers at a time. There is a nominal charge for meals provided to drivers, which are served at fixed times, namely Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
     
  2. Do you have Wi-Fi in rooms?

    We do not provide Wi-Fi in the room. Guests have access to Wi-Fi in the Reception, Lobby and Lounge area.
     
  3. Is drinking/consumption of alcohol allowed in the dining/swimming pool area?

    Personal liquor purchased from West Bengal can be consumed only inside the Resort room. Out-of-state liquor is not allowed in West Bengal and will be confiscated by the Excise Department during their random checks. We recommend our guests to purchase any Alcohol for personal consumption from our Bar.
    Consumption of Alcohol in Open/Public areas/Poolside is not allowed without a license.
     
  4. Do you have a Pool Table?

    Yes, we do have a Pool Table.
     
  5. Can we go outside of the resort for cycling?

    Cycling is only allowed inside the resort premises; we do not allow cycling outside the resort unless the guest has booked a cycling tour experience where there will be an escort with them. We are located in the buffer zone of the park and wild animals do roam around.
     
  6. Do you provide swimming costumes for rent?

    We do not provide swimming costumes for rent. Guests can purchase swimming costumes of their choice from the “Tiger Shop" located near the reception.
     
  7. Do you see Leopards during Safaris?

    Leopard sightings are not guaranteed. However, Guests do get to see them very rarely in the Jeep safaris.
     
  8. Apart from Safari is there any other sight-seeing place in Dooars?

    Guests have the opportunity to explore the picturesque Murti River Bank and the charming "Chhaophali" village, located just 5-7 kilometres away. Additionally, guests can embark on a captivating journey to seven enchanting destinations, including Samsing, Suntalekhola, Rocky Island, Bindu, Jhalong, Murti, and Laliguras. These points promise a diverse and mesmerizing experience, showcasing the natural beauty and cultural richness of the Dooars region.
     
  9. Do you provide disposable slippers in rooms?

    We are an environmentally conscious organization, hence we do not provide slippers in rooms, as they are generally used and throw and add to the non-perishable waste.
     
  10. what is the maximum depth of your swimming pool?

    We have two parts in our swimming pool, the first part is for adults which is 4.5 ft in depth and the other part is the baby pool which is 2 ft in depth. Children have to be accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty.

    Yes, we do provide non-vegetarian food options for both lunch and dinner.

    Yes, we have a separate setup for vegetarians.

    Yes, Bonfire is chargeable.
     
  15. Do I need to carry an Identity Proof?

    It is mandatory for all Foreign Nationals to carry their original passport and all Indians (children Included) need to carry a valid government-approved Photo Identity card (Voter ID Card/Aadhaar card/Driving license). Without these documents, no individual will be allowed to stay at the resort or enter the national park.

  21. What animals and water life can be sighted in Dooars?

    Indian Rhinoceros, Gaur, Asian Elephant, Sloth Bear, Chital, Sambar Deer, Barking Deer, Hof deer and wild boar are the common animals that can be seen in Gorumara National Park. A variety of snakes, venomous and non-venomous, including the Indian Python and the king Cobra can also be seen.
     
  22. What is the timing of Check-in and Check-out?

    Check-in time is 2 pm and Check-out time is 11 am.
     
  23. Is late check-in chargeable or not?

    Chargeable and Subject to availability.

  25. What is the best time to visit Dooars?

    The national park remains closed between 15th June to 15th September. The rest of the year is suitable for visiting this national park and surrounding areas.
     
  26. Is smoking allowed at the resort?

    Smoking is allowed in open areas like balconies, and the ground but not inside the room.
     
  27. What essentials should I pack?

    Must have cotton trousers and shirts/T-shirts, Heavy woollen, windproof jacket and ear muffs, walking shoes, Hat/Sun Guard, Sunglasses, Binoculars, Personal medication if any, rainproof jacket, mosquito repellent and sunscreen lotion.
     
  28. Facility of First Aid is available there or not?

    Yes, we have a first aid facility in our resort.
     
  29. Are there any special arrangements for differently abled people or Senior citizens?

    Yes, our rooms are suitable for disabled guests and senior citizens with assistance.
